Apex is a Local-First app. We believe your workout data belongs to you. We do not store your personal workout logs on our servers. Data is stored locally on your device. Backup mechanisms depend on your device's operating system (iCloud for iOS, Local/Google Drive for Android).

We use third-party services for specific functionalities:

RevenueCat: Used to manage subscriptions and billing.
AdMob: Used to display advertisements (in the free version).
Google Play Services: Used for Android core functionalities.

Terms of Use (EULA)

For iOS Users

By downloading or using the app on iOS, these terms will automatically apply to you. We adhere to the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

For Android Users

For Android users, by installing the app, you agree that you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
